The Seventy4 Foundation is a specialist outpatient addictions counselling service, based in London. Whether you or someone you know is struggling to live with an addiction of any kind, we can help. Through specialist, qualified, experienced counsellors we provide day and evening programmes that have been developed through 37 years of practice.
Whether you have a drug and/or alcohol problem, an eating disorder such as anorexia, bulimia or binge eating, or whether you have a dual diagnosis and are using drugs or alcohol to make life more bearable, we can enable you through therapy to find solutions to your addiction problems, allowing you to improve the quality of your life.
Seventy4 is a registered charity. As such we operate based on a key belief that supporting individuals comes first. Therefore our services and programmes are designed to provide choice, at prices that allow us to sustain our work and that you can afford, based at a convenient central London location.

The Seventy4 Foundation are delighted to announce that one of the biggest names in the music industry, Hugh Maskekela, the South African trumpeter and flugelhorn player, is giving his support to the London based charity as their International Patron. A recovering addict himself, Masekela has set up a similiar organisation in South Africa to help others suffering from the same problems. The project, the Musicians and Artists Assistance Programme of South Africa (Maapsa), is a partnerhip between South African celebrities. Masekela says '...addiction is a dynamite powder-keg. In South Africa, they think drinking is something to be proud of.' Masekela totally subscribes to the success of Seventy4's addiction programmes and is looking forward to sharing best practice between the two charities.
