The Seventy4 Foundations' programmes and services
Seventy4's programmes and services are developed with one goal in mind - to help clients understand their addiction, to overcome it and to lead a more meaningful and fulfilled life.
Whatever your addiction might be and whatever the pattern of your lifestyle, at Seventy4 you can access support from either one or a combination of our programmes.
All of our programmes and services are delivered by highly experienced and qualified counsellors/psychotherapists from the addiction field. We understand how much courage it takes to seek help with your addiction and the struggle that anyone must go through to change their lives. Remembering this, our approach will be supportive and caring but will also seek to challenge the behaviour associated with your addiction at the same time.
For a short synopsis of each of our programmes and services please select from the list below:
Individual counselling sessions are available at Seventy4 from Monday - Friday 9.30-5.00pm and until 8.00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each session is approx. 50 minutes in length.
This very discrete and private service provides a great starting ground to exploring your own addiction or to support individuals who are affected by another's addiction. It may be that you have never experienced any form of counselling before, or feel that you need some additional support at this time in your life. Our experienced and specialist counsellors and psychotherapists are here to help you explore the addiction and to find ways to arrest it and to move on with your life.

The Seventy4 Evening Programme
The Seventy4 Evening Programme takes place on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6.30-9.00pm with an individual counselling session held on a Tuesday evening.
For individuals who work or who have many family commitments, taking time out to access residential rehabilitation is just not possible, especially when coupled with increasingly expensive costs of treatment.
Recognising this lack of choice, Seventy4 has established this part-time structured programme, which provides a workable alternative, located within central London.
The Seventy4 Evening Programme focuses on the 'here and now' enabling you to maintain abstinence and to prevent relapse. The evening programme is run as an integrative treatment approach that is innovative, incorporating new developments within the field. As part of the programme you will be encouraged to attend AA/NA meetings, as such attendance can strongly support successful relapse prevention.

The Seventy4 Eating Disorder Service
The Seventy4 Eating Disorder Service takes place on Mondays and Thursdays 3.30-4.45pm with an individual counselling session provided on an alternative weekday.
In 2008 Seventy4 established this specific eating disorder service. Whilst many of our existing clients at the time were presenting with eating disorders alongside other addictions, there were few specific outpatient eating disorder services available, with most treatment consisting of residential support or weekly short-term individual counselling sessions.
Through using a combination of group work and individual counselling sessions, clients can access a structured therapeutic programme whilst still maintaining their work and home lives. The group work element of the programme enables clients to build relationships with each other and to share their experiences and fears in a supportive environment.
