CEO - Jill Davidson
Jill has been CEO of The Seventy4 Foundation (previously known as the Drug and Alcohol Foundation) since 2002. Jill has over 25 years experience of management, both in the commercial (television) and not-for-profit sectors. Jill has trained in Psychotherapy & Counselling and has a Masters in both this area and in Business Administration. Jill is registered with the United Kingdom Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (UKCP) and the Institute of Management.

Jill has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career, including film and television production, working within residential rehabilitation, the prison system, the NHS and community counselling services.

Jill has a tremendous passion for The Seventy4 Foundation and in seeing the charity succeed in fulfilling its mission. Her drive to support increasingly more clients and to provide quality, specialist services is recognised and respected.

Seventy4 Board of Trustees

A Board of Trustees governs the Seventy4 Foundation, a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. Their role is to help set the strategic direction of the charity, monitor its progress and performance and support the Chief Executive to deliver its vision and mission.

Count Michael Badeni heads the Board of Trustees.

Chairman - Count Michael Badeni
Michael Badeni has served on the Board of Trustees for 28 years. Having worked in the City of London as a stockbroker since 1981, selling to institutions around the world, Michael has helped to raise significant amounts of money for small companies both in the UK and US.

Michael currently works as an independent consultant to small companies, helping them raise money and delivers road shows around the world.

Graham Boal QC
Graham was at The Criminal Bar for over 30 years (both prosecuting and defending) before being made an Old Bailey Judge, which he was for 9 years before retiring in 2005. During those nearly 40 years he saw countless people whose lives had been ruined by addiction.

Graham has been a recovering alcoholic since 1993. He was Chairman of The Orchid Cancer Appeal for 8 years and a trustee for over 10 years. He is married with one son and lives in London and Norfolk.

Andy Fallon
Andy joined the Board of Trustees in 2007, taking the role of Treasurer. He started his career as a financial advisor at Allied Dunbar in 1986 going on to become a founding partner of the J. Rothschild partnership.

In 1997 Andy left to establish his own company 'Mortgage Monitor', which is growing successfully under his management. Currently he is also involved in the set-up of a bridging finance company 'Bridging Ventures'. Andy was previously a mentor for the Princes Trust.

Stella Odysseos
Stella joined the Board of Trustees in 2009. With a passion and enthusiasm for design she founded and is now Managing Director of SO-Design Consultancy. With SO-Design operating as a creative, be-spoke consultancy and from her experience of working on various projects, Stella has established a successful business and a wealth of knowledge that she passionately brings to the Seventy4 Board.

Having undertaken the re-brand of The Seventy4 Foundation, including all website development, Stella has ensured that the charity continues to remain relevant and accessible to our potential and existing client base. Stella continues to adapt her professional skills to make a real difference to the success of Seventy4.
